My horror thriller GIRL BLUE was acquired by Samhain Publishing in August. The ebook edition will be released in March/2012 and the trade paperback is set for release in mid to late 2012. GIRL BLUE is the story of a terminally ill sculptor who becomes haunted by his last work. A frighteningly good read!

Previous to his romance book, Barbary Point, Alan Nayes wrote two biomedical thrillers, Gargoyles and The Unnatural. Barbary Point has to be at the other end of the scale from his previous work, as it is a sweet, poignant story of attraction and love.
As one of the few male romance authors (as am I), Alan shows great dexterity in managing the building attraction between the two main characters. This is an emotional roller coaster, where you, the reader, follow the two protagonists as they slowly open their hearts.
